You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are under a continuing obligation to update this information if any details change. judilink is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the User.
Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the judilink Platform at any given time. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether directly or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. judilink reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to confiscate any balances therein upon detection of duplicate account activity.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the judilink Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. judilink makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in all locations. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether authorised by you — is your responsibility. judilink will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials or where you have shared your details with a third party.

The minimum deposit amount at judilink is RM30 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's banking section and may vary by payment method. judilink reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction thresholds at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to Users.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. Once verification is on file, withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) business hour during normal operating conditions. judilink reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawals that are unusually large or that trigger risk management protocols.
Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. judilink reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee of RM10 per month to inactive Accounts with a remaining balance. You will be notified by email prior to any deduction. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.
From time to time, judilink may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.
judilink reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice if circumstances require it. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully met. No right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to you as a result of your use of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, judilink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. judilink's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
judilink does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or free from error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond judilink's reasonable control may affect Platform availability.
judilink is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools can be activated without contacting customer support.

judilink reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable belief that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, failed identity verification, or where closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes. Upon termination, any balance remaining in the Account — net of applicable bonus amounts — will be returned to the User via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to verification.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting judilink support. Self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools will result in Account closure for the elected exclusion period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to judilink's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through judilink's internal dispute process by contacting support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing judilink's gaming licence.
judilink reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, judilink will notify registered Users by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
